Wellness Massage
Wellness massage is a personal service initiated by a client to provide relaxation and promote health and wellness. This type of treatment is utilized to counteract the pressures of daily life that tend to wear down both the body and mind. By receiving regular treatments through relaxation massage, the ability to respond to stress is enhanced while invigorating the physical well-being
Medical Massage
Medical massage can be prescribed by a doctor to generate an outcome based on a specific goal for improvement within a specific time frame. Medical massage is utilized as an adjunctive treatment for individuals that have experienced any form of acute trauma, i.e. a physical injury caused by a violent or disruptive action (motor vehicle accident, a slip and fall injury, surgery, etc.).
